If play-out runs on a licensed platform, confirm the licence transfers and what it costs annually. Some networks are worth far less without it.
Screens live on someone else's wall. Check the unexpired term, the revenue share and any exclusivity that limits the categories you can sell.
Running cost per screen and the spares held. A network without spare modules has a repair lead time measured in months.
