Ask for the manufacture year, the service log and a recent photograph of the unit powered on. A screen with no service history is a screen with an unknown remaining life.
A totem with planning consent and a lease is worth several times the same totem on a pallet. Establish whether the sale includes the site, the consent, or neither.
Who dismantles it, who transports it, and who makes good the ground or façade afterwards. On structures this can exceed the price of the asset.
