Payment is held until delivery is confirmed. A dated, located set of the live face is what confirms it, which is why the shots go on the booking rather than into an email.
Can the space owner arrange this instead?
Often yes — many owners include proof photography in the listing. Book it separately only when the listing does not include it, or when you want night shots or a fleet survey on top.
How soon after the run starts is the site shot?
