- Four faces sit on the eastbound approach where traffic slows to 30 mph
- Two structures were re-clad in 2024 and carry a fresh structural report
- Sold with the booking system and three years of occupancy records
Roadside and building faces sold as a group, with the leases behind them.
Turnover, running costs, occupancy and contract terms are owner-supplied and unaudited. Verify them yourself before you commit: the sale is agreed directly between the two parties and Admarket takes no part in it.
Turnover is shown weekly, monthly and annually on each card. 2 of 2 sellers publish it; the rest release figures under NDA.
The four things that most often change the price of billboard portfolios after the first meeting.
Every face needs consent in its own right. Ask for the reference and the expiry date on each one — a portfolio is worth what its shortest consent says it is.
Check the unexpired term, the review mechanism and whether the lease survives a change of owner without the landlord's consent.
Ask for twelve months of booking records per face, not an average. One motorway site can carry a portfolio that is otherwise half empty.
A structural survey and the current insurance schedule. Corroded steel and lapsed cover are the two costs that appear straight after completion.
