Privacy policy
1.Who we are and what this covers
This policy explains how Admarket, Inc. handles personal data on the Admarket platform — the marketplace, the dashboards, messaging and the public pages.
It covers buyers, sellers, AdBrokers, workspace members and visitors who are only browsing.
2.The data we collect
This section will list what we actually hold: account details you give us, listing and order records the platform creates, messages you exchange through it, and technical data such as device and log information.
The principle throughout: the marketplace runs on business data — spaces, dates, prices — and collects personal data only where a person is part of the transaction.
3.How we use it
This section will explain each use in plain terms: operating bookings and held payments, running the proof and dispute process, preventing fraud, improving the product and sending the notifications an order depends on.
Marketing is separate and optional — transactional messages about your own orders are not.
4.Our legal bases
This section will map each use to its legal basis where such a basis is required — performing the contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation or consent — so nothing rests on an unexplained ground.
5.Payments
Payments are processed by a regulated payment partner; Admarket does not store full card numbers.
This section will name the processor, what payment data it holds, and what Admarket itself sees — amounts, holds, releases and payouts, not card details.
6.Proof-of-delivery media
Proof photography documents advertising in public places, and passers-by can appear in it incidentally. This section will explain how that media is used — solely to evidence delivery on the order — and how long it is retained.
8.International transfers
Admarket operates internationally, so data moves across borders. This section will describe where data is hosted and the safeguards applied when it leaves the region it was collected in.
9.How long we keep data
This section will set retention periods by record type: order and payout records for as long as financial rules require, proof media for the dispute window and a defined period after, and messages for the life of the account.
10.Your rights
This section will explain your rights over your data — access, correction, deletion, portability and objection — how to exercise them from your account, and how to complain to a supervisory authority.
12.Children
The platform is a business marketplace and is not directed at children. This section will state the minimum age and what we do if an underage account is found.
13.Security
This section will describe the measures protecting the platform — encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging — and how we notify users if an incident affects their data.
14.Changes to this policy
This section will explain how changes are published and how material changes are notified before they take effect.
15.Contact
