Concourse Media holds the station's advertising contract for the large-format suspended positions and does its own rigging. Working inside a live railway station is the constraint that shapes everything: access windows are granted by the operator, not chosen, and a campaign start date is only real once that window is confirmed.

Because of that, this desk manages station-operator approval as part of every booking rather than handing the buyer a form. Print, installation and removal are booked around operating hours. Nothing goes up during peak.

Proof photography is taken from the concourse floor at standing eye level — the view a passenger actually gets — rather than from the gantry, which flatters every banner ever hung. The photographs are dated and are with the buyer the morning after install.
