• A parent or coach who will run the account and every conversation
• A real calendar — we sponsor seasons, not single events
• Chess, athletics, swimming, gymnastics and table tennis this year

Why they do it

The money that decides whether a fourteen-year-old plays a season is smaller than most brands' catering budget, and it goes further than anything else we spend. Ten places this year. We pay travel and entry fees directly rather than transferring cash to a family, which is simpler for everyone.
