Large-format print

Large-format print in United Kingdom

Production houses that print at billboard scale and ship straight to the site or the operator's depot. They work to the finishing the surface needs — hems and eyelets for banners, six-sheet splits for paper, laminated cast vinyl for anything that moves.

Questions buyers ask

How far ahead do you need the files?

Four working days before the install date for paper and banner, seven for vehicle wraps. Anything later is quoted as a rush and depends on press time being free.

Can you print and hold stock for a repeat run?

Yes. Printers on Admarket will hold artwork on file for twelve months, so a repeat booking on the same face is a reprint rather than a new setup.

Who pays if the print arrives late?

The provider carries it. A missed delivery that costs you a live week is credited against the print job, and the space owner is notified so the run can be shifted rather than lost.

Other services in United Kingdom

Most campaigns need two or three of these together.

Book design, print and installation as one job and providers usually price the run rather than each visit.
