- Both totems have full planning consent running to 2039
- Ground lease transfers with the sale at £1,400 a year
- Currently let to a regional car dealer at £175 a week each
Hardware & single units
Totems, signage, LED panels, structures and transmitters sold on their own — with or without a site.
Turnover, running costs, occupancy and contract terms are owner-supplied and unaudited. Verify them yourself before you commit: the sale is agreed directly between the two parties and Admarket takes no part in it.
Hardware & single units on the market
Turnover is shown weekly, monthly and annually on each card. 1 of 3 sellers publish it; the rest release figures under NDA.
- All 12 tested and powering on — video of the test available
- Two spare receiving cards and a controller included
- Removed from a working screen, not storm damaged
- Installation by the seller's own crew is included in the price
- Three units need replacement LED drivers — priced in
- Suited to a retail chain refit rather than a media owner
What to check before buying
The four things that most often change the price of hardware & single units after the first meeting.
- 1
Condition, age and service history
Ask for the manufacture year, the service log and a recent photograph of the unit powered on. A screen with no service history is a screen with an unknown remaining life.
- 2
Does a site come with it?
A totem with planning consent and a lease is worth several times the same totem on a pallet. Establish whether the sale includes the site, the consent, or neither.
- 3
Removal, transport and reinstatement
Who dismantles it, who transports it, and who makes good the ground or façade afterwards. On structures this can exceed the price of the asset.
