Assets for sale

Media businesses and hardware changing hands.

Billboard portfolios, screen networks, broadcast licences, transit concessions and print titles — listed by the people who own them, with the numbers they are willing to put in public.

Admarket lists the asset. Admarket does not broker the sale.

There is no checkout, no escrow and no agency here. Enquiries go straight to the seller, and everything after that — due diligence, price, contracts, completion — happens directly between buyer and seller with their own advisers. Turnover, running costs and occupancy are owner-supplied and unaudited: treat them as the seller's claim until your own accountant has seen the books.

Each type is bought on different evidence — the checks that matter are on each page.

How an asset listing works

Different from booking a space: there is no payment held and no platform in the middle.

  1. 1

    Compare on the right interval

Every card carries turnover weekly, monthly and annually, next to running costs and occupancy. A roadside portfolio trades by the week and a magazine by the issue, so compare on the clock that fits the asset.

  2. 2

    Contact the seller directly

Your enquiry goes straight to them. Most will ask you to sign an NDA before releasing accounts, lease documents or licence conditions.

  3. 3

    The deal happens off Admarket

Price, structure, warranties and completion are between you and the seller, with your own advisers. We do not take part and we do not hold the money.
